Dental Treatment Coordinator, Centennial CO
Full Time | No Weekends | $20-24/hour
We’re looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join the team at Christiansen Dental! We’re committed to providing modern, conservative care while creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.
Schedule: Mon–Tues 6:30 AM–5 PM | Wed–Thurs 6:30 AM–4 PM | Fri 6:30 AM–1 PM
Compensation: $20–$24/hour
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist patients professionally
Schedule and manage patient appointments
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Collect and manage patient balances
Review treatment plans for accuracy based on insurance benefits
Maintain patient information securely and accurately
Provide a seamless patient experience from check-in through check-out
Qualifications
Previous dental front office experience required
Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar dental software
Familiarity with dental terminology highly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
