Pine Ridge Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and help a well-established Longmont dental practice continue to grow.

We’re looking for a dental leader who understands how a successful practice operates; someone who can support the doctors, develop the team, improve the patient experience, and keep the business side of the practice moving in the right direction.

About Pine Ridge Dental Group

Located on Main Street in Longmont, Pine Ridge Dental Group serves patients from Longmont, Erie, Mead, Firestone, and surrounding communities.

Our three-doctor practice provides comprehensive dentistry including general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, periodontal, emergency, and advanced dental care.

We’ve built a strong local reputation by combining high-quality dentistry with a personal, patient-focused experience. We’re looking for an Office Manager who can help us continue building on that foundation.

What You’ll Lead

As Office Manager, you’ll be accountable for the day-to-day performance of the practice while creating an environment where the doctors and team can do their best work.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop the dental team

• Partner closely with our doctors and clinical leaders

• Keep daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and patient flow running effectively

• Build accountability around practice goals and team expectations

• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve practice performance

• Support treatment presentation, case acceptance, collections, and patient retention

• Maintain a strong patient experience from the first phone call through follow-up

• Help recruit, onboard, and develop team members

• Resolve problems quickly and communicate clearly with the team

• Partner with Elevate Dental Partners’ operations, HR, recruiting, and support teams when additional resources are needed

Who We’re Looking For

We need someone with real dental practice experience who understands both the people side and business side of dentistry.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• Previous Dental Office Manager or significant dental practice leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of dental office operations and terminology

• Experience coaching and holding teams accountable

• Confidence working directly with dentists and clinical teams

• Experience with scheduling, insurance, collections, treatment coordination, and patient financial conversations

• Comfort reviewing practice goals, KPIs, and operational performance

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• The ability to stay organized and make decisions in a busy dental environment

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience
