Smiles of Longview is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.

A Practice Where Hygiene Matters

Smiles of Longview is a modern family practice focused on preventive care, patient education, and long-term relationships.

Our hygienists play an important role in helping patients understand their periodontal health, stay ahead of disease, and connect their oral health with their overall well-being.

You'll work closely with an experienced clinical team in a practice built around compassionate, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care

• Complete periodontal assessments and charting

• Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planing as appropriate

• Take diagnostic dental x-rays

• Educate patients about periodontal health, prevention, and home care

• Have meaningful oral-systemic health conversations

• Build long-term patient relationships

• Use modern technology, including DentalAI, to support patient education

• Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Who We're Looking For

• Active Washington Dental Hygienist license, or eligibility for licensure

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong clinical hygiene skills

• Excellent patient communication

• Team-oriented and dependable

• Commitment to thorough, high-quality care

• Comfortable learning and using modern dental technology

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software is helpful

New graduates are welcome. Mentorship is available for hygienists who are beginning their careers and want a supportive environment to build confidence and strong clinical habits.
