Gain hands on mentorship/training with a dedicated hygiene mentor, placement pre-licensure, cushioned schedule to better transition and acclimate to office flow, $65-$75/hour (base + bonus opportunity)

What We’re Looking For

• Active WA RDH license

• CPR/BLS certified

• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar

• Strong communication + teamwork

What You’ll Do

• Provide preventive and periodontal care

• Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions

• Build lasting patient relationships

• Use modern technology, including DentalAI

• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
