Elevate Dental Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to independently own and drive marketing performance across a portfolio of individually branded dental practices. This is a role for a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, takes genuine ownership of results, and brings the adaptability to shift priorities as the business evolves.
You’ll serve as the primary marketing partner for a defined group of practices—translating strategy into localized execution, building strong relationships with practice teams, and using data to continuously sharpen performance. As the organization grows, so will your scope.
The ideal candidate brings 3–7 years of multi-location or multi-brand marketing experience, a strong grasp of the full marketing funnel, and the confidence to make decisions and drive results without being micromanaged.
What You’ll Own
Practice Marketing – End-to-End
• Serve as the dedicated marketing lead for a defined group of practices, owning their marketing performance and acting as their primary point of contact
• Independently manage and execute localized marketing strategies that drive new patient acquisition and improve retention
• Build trusted relationships with practice teams and proactively surface and solve marketing challenges
Campaign & Vendor Management
• Lead the rollout and optimization of marketing campaigns aligned with each practice’s growth goals
• Manage day-to-day relationships with vendors and freelancers—Google Ads specialists, web designers, print vendors—holding them accountable to timelines and quality
• Own online reputation management, including review monitoring and professional response execution
Performance & Analytics
• Track and analyze marketing funnel performance from awareness through patient conversion, identifying actionable opportunities at each stage
• Report on key marketing KPIs and provide clear, data-driven insights to the Director of Marketing
• Ensure data accuracy and traceability so that decisions are grounded in reliable reporting
Day-to-Day Execution
• Execute marketing requests across channels: flyers, website updates, print materials, and social media content
• Step in to provide cross-practice marketing coverage and continuity when needed
• Adapt quickly as priorities shift—bringing a solutions-first mindset to whatever the day demands
Onsite & Operational Support
• Support onsite marketing training, local events, and operational needs as they arise
• Lead or assist rebranding initiatives, ensuring each practice maintains a consistent, professional brand identity across all channels
What You Bring
Requirements
• 3–7 years of marketing experience managing campaigns across multiple locations or brands, ideally in healthcare or a service-based environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently—managing your own priorities, making sound judgment calls, and delivering results without close supervision
• Strong command of the full marketing funnel, with hands-on experience in campaigns focused on conversion and patient/customer acquisition
• Data fluency—comfortable pulling insights from Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and other reporting tools and turning them into action
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfort navigating marketing tech stacks
• At least 1 year of experience creating marketing materials using Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you’re known for being proactive, organized, and easy to work with
• A collaborative mindset—willing to flex, pitch in, and adjust when the team needs it
Preferred
• Previous experience in dental or healthcare marketing (clinical or non-clinical)
• Familiarity with multi-brand or DSO (Dental Support Organization) environments
Logistics
• Travel: Up to 10%, primarily same-day trips to practices; occasional overnight travel as needed
• Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
If you’re a marketing professional who takes ownership seriously, brings structure to ambiguity, and wants to make a real impact across a growing network of practices—we’d love to hear from you.
